Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
- You must initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Returns requested outside the 30-day window, or items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used products
- Opened or used items
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Free gifts or promotional items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Include clear photos of the product and packaging, along with your order number.

We will assess the issue and, if valid, offer a free replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll receive an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card company before contacting us, as processing times vary.
Return Shipping Costs
- If returning due to change of mind or mistake in ordering, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping or offer an alternative solution.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted product and place a new order for the correct item.
